Last Night I attended the Temple with my Sweetheart, Kellie. We were performing sealing ordinances for the dead. In this ordinance, done by proxy, a husband and wife are sealed to each other and children are sealed to their parents in eternal families. This means that if we are faithful to our covenants, our family relationships will continue for eternity.
It was great to re-experience the sealing ceremony with my wife, and as we assisted our deceased ancestors, to engage in the sealing of children to their parents as we will seal our adopted child/children to our family someday!
